Parties

Delectable food, a full bar, and one-of-a-kind mini-golf are hallmark features of an Urban Putt event for anywhere from 16 to 150 guests. (For groups of 15 or fewer, make a reservation in our restaurant through Open Table.) Please see information below for more details on Daytime Buyouts, Evening Buyouts, Game Room (20-30 guests) and Loft Room (16-22 guests) parties, off-site meetings, and children’s parties.

Party Packages:

Daytime Buyout

Daytime Buyouts offer exclusive, private access to Urban Putt prior to 4:00pm. The minimum fee is 30 guests for food, golf and beverages.
Availability. Monday through Friday.
Time Slots. Three to four hours, with the event ending no later than 4 p.m.
Capacity. 30 (minimum) to 150 guests.
Venue. The entire main floor, including bar, Game Room, and golf course. Groups over 65 guests have access to the upstairs dining room.
Facility Rental Fee. $350 per hour.
Other Fees. Service fee, 20% of food and beverage total; San Francisco mandates surcharge,
3.95% of food and beverage total; State sales tax: 8.5%.
Food Packages. From $24/person to $34 per person.
Beverages. Two options: 1) Open bar, $18/person minimum, with final bill based upon consumption; 2) Non-alcoholic beverages only, $9/person (add $100 bartender fee).
Mini-golf. Free for children 5 and under; $8 for children ages 6 to 12; $10 for ages 13 to 64; $8 for ages 65 and up.
Arcade Games (optional add-on): Skeeball and Hoop Fever Basketball are $1 per play; they can be set to unlimited play for $50/hour per machine.
Desserts (optional add-on): Mini-cupcakes from Mission Minis; gelato cake from La Copa Loca; traditional birthday cake from Dianda’s Bakery; pre-ordered and delivered to your party.

Small Group Package

Size: Groups up to 30
Location: Our downstairs Game Room (rental fee, $350) with standing room for up to 30 (please note: this room is quite full at 30 guests) or our upstairs Loft Room (rental fee, $250) available weekdays from 5:30 on, with seating for up to 22. The Game Room has Skeeball and Hoop Fever Basketball.
Duration: 2.5 hours
Availability: Sunday – Thursday at 4pm, 7pm, or 10pm. Other start times subject to availability.
Food options: The Putter Package, $16 per person (four servings per person), the Big Swinger Package, $24 per person (six servings per person), Hole in One Package, $34 per person (seven servings per person, including specialty items).
Mini-golf. Free for children 0 to 5 years; $8 for children ages 6 to 12; $10 for ages 13 to 64; $8 for ages 65 and up.
Beverage Options: 1) Open bar: $18/person minimum–total based on consumption; 2) Individual tab (every guest for him/herself); 3) Non-alcoholic beverages only. $9 per person.
Other Fees: 20% Service Fee and 3.95% SF Mandates Fee applied to food and beverage sales. 8.5% sales tax applied to food, beverage, and room rental.

Add-ons
Early open: Optional with Game Room rental (minimum 20 people), starting at 3pm with exclusive use of course and bar access for one hour, $350.
Arcade Games: Skeeball and Hoop Fever Basketball, in the Game Room, are $1 per play; they can be set to unlimited play for $50/hour per machine.
$15 cake fee (for refrigerated storage, serving, and boxing).

Children’s Birthday Party (for kids ages 7 to 18)

Location: Game Room ($350 rental), which includes one hour of free Skeeball and Hoop Fever Basketball arcade games, or upstairs Loft Room ($200)
Capacity: 14 (minimum) to 30 kids and adults in the Game Room; 12 (minimum) to 22 kids and adults in the Loft Room
Duration: 2 hours
Availability: Saturdays and Sundays, available at 11am and 1:30pm, and 4pm Sunday
Party Packages:

  • Pizza Par-Tee $25/child, includes golf; choice of sparkling lemonade, apple juice or Shirley Temples; two free adult golf passes; two house-made deep-dish pizzas
  • The Ace $30/child, includes golf; choice of sparkling lemonade, apple juice or Shirley Temples; two free adult golf passes; three items per child from our kids’ party menu

Other Fees: $75 server gratuity and SF mandates fee (3.95% of food and beverage total); 8.5% sales tax fee applied to food, beverage, and room rental.

Add-ons:
Ice Cream: Straus organic soft-serve cone, $3 each
Cakes/cupcakes: Traditional birthday cake from Dianda’s Bakery, mini-cupcakes from Mission Minis, or gelato cake from La Copa Loca; pre-ordered and delivered to your party,
A la Carte Ordering: Adults are free to order drinks and food from our Bar Bites menu on the day of the party.
